I work security at nights.
Which technology would you recommend for security surveillance? Night vision or thermal imaging? |

| Night vision can be had much less expensively than thermal. Most applications are satisfied with night vision. The more you spend the better resolution and light amplification you will get. A reasonable gen one goggle is half a grand. Gen two monoculars start at about twice that. A thermal starts at over six grand. A model similar to what our military uses is about $3500 or so depending on who makes it, such as this ATN http://www.tactical-store.com/ts-at-nv-pvs14-3a-2aa.html |
