Do you recommend the Leapers Tactical Vest (PVC-V747B) for universal and practical use? I am compiling a survival kit in case of natural disaster, and am planning on using it for carrying survival tools (such as knife, walkie talkie radio, and other tools/suppies. I am also thinking of using it for sport, such as a vest for skeet shooting and/or pistol target practice, and applying pouches to the vest to hold ammo. What are your thoughts on this vest? Do you recommend it?

What pouches do you recommend with this vest as well? I am looking at the grenade pouch (m508b) to hold shells or other tools.

All of the Leapers products are absolute entry level imports, as the prices show. They are good products for the money and should work well for light use.
